Pilates
Pilates can transform the way you look and feel. This series of controlled movements focuses on strengthening the center of the body: the abdomen, lower back, and buttocks, to support the spine and stabilize the body. Pilates can improve posture, flatten the stomach, and create more flexibility.

Mat/Ball: Uses a ball to deepen and challenge excercises. Workout goes through a series of exercices, emphasizing techniques that strengthen the center, lenghen the spine, and build muscle tone.
Yogilates: A combination of yoga and pilates. Together, these two practices create strength, flexibility and body awarenesss. All levels welcome.
All classes start on time
Bring a mat.
Bring water, to keep hydrated.
Remove shoes…yoga is practiced barefoot.

Practice yoga on a relatively empty stomach.
Wear loose clothing that stretches with you.
Refrain from use of fragrances, as some individuals have allergies or sensitivities.
Remember to turn off cell phones and beepers
Arrive early, to ensure your place (as space is limited)
