Gentle: Slow moving postures, breath and body awareness - appropriate for pre-natal class
Rise'n Shine: Offers a wider range of postures that increases strength, flexibility and balance
Restorative: Props are used to support each posture and class focuses on restoring the body
Yogilates: A combination of yoga and pilates to create strength, flexibility and body awareness
Pilates Mat Class: A series of exercises that strengthens the abdominal muscles, lengthens the spine and builds muscle tone
Yoga Flow: A basic yoga flow class joining breath and movement together
Tai Chi Chuan:  A Chinese form of exercise based on the flow of movement which aims to heal the body.
